You sense that there's more available to you in your body, in your life. That you've been playing small in movement - focused on "getting it right" - and you've been playing small in terms of what's possible for you.
Truthfully, you're really wanting more.
But you're scared. Being wild feels like someone else. Being wild feels a bit dangerous. It feels too big, too uncomfortable, too tiring, too...exciting.
I get it.
We've all learned how to play it small, to not ask for more, to keep our relationship with our bodies focused on looks and the lowest-common-denominator idea of health.
I also get how absolutely alive you feel when you awaken to your wild!
I've seen what happens when your body recovers essential movements like crawling and hanging. When you start to really notice what it is you desire and what in you longs to be given voice and what longs to be laid to rest.
Do you want to awaken your wild?
